Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Beth Coletta, and I’m a proud native Memphian who truly loves the 901. I am married with two daughters and eight beautiful grandchildren.
I am a licensed Notary Public in the State of TN who is committed to providing professional, reliable, and convenient service for all your important documents. As a Memphis native, I am very familiar with the city and surrounding areas, and I am happy to bring my notary services directly to you.
To satisfy my creative side, I have been decorating cakes for over four decades — oh my! Creating beautiful and meaningful cakes has always been a passion of mine; I love designing the perfect sweet addition for life’s special occasions.
I am ordained as a minister through American Marriage Ministries. I believe every couple, every family, every milestone, and every individual deserves to be treated with warmth, dignity, and respect. That means welcoming with open arms every love story, every identity, every faith tradition, as well as those who prefer non-religious or civil ceremonies.

The Planning Process
For booking a notary, officiating, custom cakes, wedding programs, websites and/or Notary Services, click on the "Request a Formal Quote" button, complete the form and submit. You will receive a Formal Quote via email to sign and submit. Upon Siging, you will receive a Contract via email to sign and submit along with a 50% deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, you are an official client of Signature · Cakes & Vows, and your date is reserved.

In the portal, you can easily access your wedding questionnaire, view and download your ceremony script, and find helpful resources to guide you through the planning process. This is your personalized space to stay organized and informed as we work together to create your perfect wedding day.
